Mark Terry
Mark Terry is a Fellow International member of The Explorers Club and a member of its Conservation Committee. Graduating from Glendon College at Toronto's York University in 1980, he has been a filmmaker and broadcast journalist for more than 25 years, specializing in science and nature documentaries.
Perhaps best known for his polar documentaries, "The Antarctica Challenge: A Global Warning" and "The Polar Explorer", Mark has also produced a touring concert film with the London Philharmonic Orchestra called "Polar". He was the first filmmaker to cross the Northwest Passage via the Prince of Wales Strait and was present in Antarctica to report the first recorded measurement of the ozone hole decreasing in size on January 9, 2009. He holds the rare distinction of having made a film on every continent.
